City Office is located inside the Civic Center, 319 3rd Street South Glasgow, MT 59230

Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm closed for lunch from 12 pm - 1pm

All water payments can be left in the drop box located in front of the Civic Center (no envelope needed)

​

Closed on all Federal Holidays: if holiday falls on the weekend the office is closed on the closest weekday in observance.

Water Payments, inquiries, public documents, information is all available at the city office.

 

A municipal Clerk is the Department head of the executive branch of government and is critical to communication and coordination between the council and Mayor.  The clerk records council business, provides administrative support to the council and serves as administrative assistant to the mayor.

 

A municipal treasurer is responsible for the municipal accounting system, billing, collection of all utility fees, processing claims, assembly of the annual operating budget, and preparation of the annual financial report.
